This document (EN 10025-6:2004) has been prepared by Technical Committee ECISS/TC 10 ―Structural steels - Grades and qualities‖, the secretariat of which is held by NEN.此文件(EN 10025-6:2004)由技术委员会ECISS/TC 10“钢结构-等级和性质”准备,有荷兰国家标准控制。

1 Scope范围

Part 6 of this document, in addition to part 1, specifies requirements for flat products of high yield strength alloy special steels. The grades and qualities are given in Tables 2 to 4 (chemical composition) and Tables 5 to 7 (mechanical properties) and are supplied in the quenched and tempered condition as given in 6.3.此文件的第六部分,除了第一部分外,规定

3 Terms and definitions术语和定义

5 Information to be supplied by the purchaser买方提供的信息

The information that shall be supplied by the purchaser at the time of the order is specified in EN 10025-1.在EN 10025-1中规定买方在订单时提供的信息

6 Manufacturing process制作过程

7 Requirements要求

7.1 General一般

The following requirements apply when sampling, preparation of test pieces and testing specified in Clauses 8, 9 and 10 are carried out.以下要求适用于执行的条款8.9和10中的取样,试样准备和试验

7.2 Chemical composition化学成分

7.2.1 The chemical composition determined by ladle analysis shall comply with the specified values of Table 2. On special request of the purchaser the manufacturer shall inform the purchaser at the time of the enquiry and order which of the alloying elements appropriate to the steel grade required will be deliberately added to the material to be delivered.

7.2.2 The limits applicable for the product analysis are given in Table 3. The manufacturer shall inform the purchaser at the time of the enquiry and order which of the alloying elements appropriate to the steel grade required will be deliberately added to the material to be delivered. 7.2.3 The maximum carbon equivalent values based on the ladle analysis, given in Table 4 shall apply. 7.4 Technological properties技术道具 7.4.1 Weldability焊接性能

The steels specified in this document do not have unlimited suitability for the various welding processes, since the behavior of a steel during and after welding depends not only on the material but also on the dimensions and shape and on the manufacturing and service conditions of the components.文件中规定的钢没有无限适合多种加工,因为钢在焊接过程或者焊接后不只是依靠材料,也和尺寸形状,制造和成分服务条件有关。

General requirements for arc welding of the steels specified in this document shall be as given in EN 1011-2. 文件中规定的钢的电弧焊一般要求将在EN1011-2中给出

NOTE With increasing product thickness and strength level cold cracking can occur. Cold cracking is caused by the following factors in combination:注: 随着产品厚度的增加强度级低温开裂会发生

7.4.2.2 Hot forming热成型

The products shall comply with the requirements of Tables 5 to 7 if hot forming is carried out

after delivery (see 7.3.1.1). Hot forming is only permitted up to the stress relief annealing temperature. For higher temperatures the manufacturer shall be consulted. In all cases the manufacturer shall be consulted to know the maximum stress relief annealing temperature. 7.4.2.3.2 Flangeability凸缘性能

7.4.3 Suitability for hot-dip zinc-coating适合热浸锌涂层

Hot-dip zinc- coating requirements shall be agreed between manufacturer and purchaser. EN ISO 1461 and EN ISO 14713 should be used to set these coating requirements. The definition of suitability classes based upon chemical analysis limitations as laid down in Table 1 can be used for guidance purposes.热浸锌涂层要求将在制造商和买方之间同意。EN ISO 1461 和EN ISO 14713应使用在这些涂层要求中。合适的种类的定义应基于化学分析局限性在表1中作为指导目的使用。
