摘要：Dirty articles such as printed circuit boards or other electronic components arecleaned by contact with a terpene or other non halogenated solvent and the resultantsolvent contamination is removed by contacting the contaminated surface at an elevatedtemperature with steam or other aqueous medium and azeotropically evaporating thesolvent contamination from the surface as an azeotrope.
