摘要：The device has a body (3) made of silicon and comprises a voltage divider (4) anda sensor (2). A switching circuit (7) measures a voltage applied between points (12, 13) andcurrent applied between one of the point and another point (14). The sensor is in aposition to communicate with a transmission device (6) of type Global system for MobileCommunicationand General packet radio service, to transmit and receive measuring valueand data over a cable (9) consisting of optical fiber.
