课 题I SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED HERE
【设计理念】(thinking of design)
本节课以建构主义基本理论为指导,以新课标基本理念为依据进行设计的。对于Smoking is not allowed here这篇课文的教学,首先要挖掘其知识背景贴近社会生活实际这一特点,其次,激发学生的学习热情,在课堂教学中,必须以学生为主体,为中心进行教学,教师在教学中起主导作用。因此我采用任务型教学方式,每一部分都设有一定的任务,引导学生自主或者合作完成。教学过程由一段感人的视频开始,提出问题,引入本课,听力和朗读部分旨在提高学生的听和说的能力;所设计的快速阅读和仔细阅读活动,要求对文章进行相应的理解,并在理解课文的基础上掌握知识提高能力。阅读活动由整体入手,由易到难,步步推进,层层深入;讨论部分旨在引导学生对吸烟有一个正确的认识并加强对知识的运用。总之整个教学活动以教材为载体,以学生为中心。充分调动学生各个感官进行听、说、读、写,积极主动的学习。
【教材内容分析】(analysis of the teaching material)
Smoking is not allowed here是本单元综合性精读材料,主要是探讨如何面对吸烟这一问题。课文阐述了在公共场所禁止吸烟是社会发展的一种趋势,分析了青少年对吸烟的错误认识以及吸烟的种种危害,最后介绍了世乔各国为反对吸烟所做出各种努力。其中对于吸烟不良影响的分析有助于帮助青少年学生树立对烟草的正确认识。激起学生的求知欲,使学生深刻认识到吸烟这一问题的严重性,为了自身与家人的健康,呼吁人们立即停止吸烟。
【学生分析】(analysis of the students)
1.经过课前预习,学生对反对吸烟的背景、原因有了一了解和兴趣,从而可以带着兴趣去学课文。
2.学生对于吸烟危害的认识主要来至于书本,感触不深,应鼓励他们深入生活。
3.学生具备一定的阅读理解能力,但在有限的时间内查找特定的信息和分析处理的能力还有待提高。
4.运用知识的能力还需加强.
5.课堂上学生活动积极,但人数多,调控有一定的困难。
【教学目标】(Teaching aims)
