摘要:The invention relates to an electronic analytical technique for determining thecomposition and structure of substances and, more specifically, to the field of analyzerscomprising at least one mass spectrometer, and can be used in medicine, biology, the oiland gas industry, metallurgy, power engineering, geochemistry, hydrology and ecology.The technical result is that of increasing the resolving power of the mass spectrometerand the sensitivity, accuracy and speed with which the composition and structure ofsubstances are measured, while at the same time increasing the functional capabilitiesand reducing the geometric dimensions and the mass of substance analyzers. In the massspectrometry method, an ion flux is generated and controlled using a single-flux, off-axismethod; in parallel, using a multi-flux method; using a three-dimensional field with amiddle meridian surface, including a reflecting three-dimensional type and a reflectingtwo-zone type, or using multiple reflection arrays. Embodiments of devices for
implementing the method are proposed, as are principle ion optical systems which makeit possible to produce different types of mass spectrometers with lower materialconsumption and smaller geometric dimensions.
