摘要：A miniaturized ceramic capacitor having excellent electric characteristics andmuch capacity can be obtained by firing under a non-oxidative atmosphere at a
temperature up to 1200°C. A dielectric layer of this ceramic capacitor consists of basiccomponent of 100 weight portions and an additional component of 0.2 to 5 weightportions. The basic component consists essentially of a material represented by thefollowing formula: {(BaCaMg)O}(TiZrR)O The additional componentconsists essentially of Li₂O-SiO₂ -MO, B₂O₃-SiO₂-MO or B₂O₃-SiO₂-Li₂O.
