Function of the Position: (岗位职能描述)
1.Be responsible for CMM measuring; ensure factuality of the measurement result; 负责三坐标测量, 确保测量结果的真实性; 2.Conduct CMM measurement and develop the optimized measuring program and provide a complete measuring report according the requirement; 执行CMM测量检测、建立优化的测量程序，根据要求完成完整的测量报告; 3.Responsible for the full size measurement of the new product/initial sample and submit relative measurement report to qualtiy engineer/supervisor 负责新产品/样品的全尺测量及提供测量报告给质量工程师/主管 4.Be in charge of management of measuring device and calibration; 负责公司量具管理和定期校验; 5.Collect relative quality data as per requirement
依要求收集相关的质量数据
6.Assistant to do process inspection and shipping out checking report prepare 协助完成过程检验及出货报告的完成; 7.To complete the other tasks that supervisor assigns; 完成主管安排的其他工作;
Tasks and authority of the Position: (岗位责任和权限)1.Be responsible for CMM measuring; ensure factuality of the measurement result; 负责三坐标测量, 确保测量结果的真实性; 2.Responsible for measurement device maintenance and arrange the periodic calibration. 负责量具的维护及安排量具的周期性的校准。

Expertise: (教育背景、专业技术和技能):
1.Technical School or above; Major in mechanical/engineering area(prefer) 中专及以上，机械/工程专业(优先) 2.At least 1 years professional experience in CMM measurement technology, good knowledge in dealing with the measurement technology software (esp.Zeiss CMM) 有一年以上三坐标测量技术工作经验，熟悉测量技术软件为佳(esp.Zeiss CMM) 3.Good initiative and able to produce quality work under strict deadlines 优良的主动性，能严格按照期限要求，有效的完成工作
4.Have adequate communication,analysis skills, and good Learning ability and team spirit; 具有一定的的沟通,分析技巧,及良好的学习能力及团队精神;
5.Understand basicly qualtiy tools(eg. QC 7tools, MSA, SPC); be capable reading mechanical print. 了解基本的质量工具(eg.QC七大手法，MSA,SPC),能够阅读机械图纸
6.Understand basic ISO system requirements 了解基本的ISO体系要求
7.Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office); 计算机应用熟练(MS Office);
